Hello my name is Alessandra,
I'm 32 years old and a new mum!
I have an incredible Fiancé who is super supportive! (hoping soon to be a bride myself!)
I have been in the makeup industry for 7 years now, starting out creating makeup looks on my bed to then converting my mum and dads garage into a makeup studio to now co-owning my own makeup studio dream with Betsy's Makeup Academy called Blank canvas bridal.
I've always had a passion for creating and costume. Makeup started with fancy dress for me, I love halloween! I started with some bold makeup looks and SFX. This soon turned into a passion. I created more glam makeup looks on friends and family which then helped me take it further, as I stepped into the career of makeup part time.
2024 I was lucky enough to turn the part time makeup passion into a full time career. I've worked alongside incredible artists and hair stylists in the wedding industry and I'm always learning along the way from other professional artists. I now create glam makeup looks, SFX Halloween makeup and Bridal makeup.

I co own the beautiful makeup studio Blank Canvas with Betsy Makeup Academy.
Me and Betsy met years ago when we worked on several weddings together! We became great friends.
We got the keys in September 2024, then got to work with decorating and furnishing. A couple of months later we opened our doors in November 2024. We hosted an opening night which was a fantastic celebration with friends, family and clients. We are so grateful.
One year later and we are absolutely thriving in our gorgeous studio! We have an amazing clientele base for glam makeup appointments, we have our beautiful brides to be coming in for trials and girls nights. We host knowledgable makeup masterclasses and fun workshops.
We have created a beautiful space where we not only create and enjoy our work but we meet beautiful new clients who are always there for us too, so thank you!
